DBT Skills and Support

DBT is an evidence-based therapy, which is highly effective for those with mental health issues. Moreover, the awareness that the loved ones of those who have mental illness and survivors of narcissistic abuse are suffering and need support has increased. The same therapy that is useful for them is effective for loved ones.

This event will introduce members to DBT and the 4 modules or categories of skills: (i) mindfulness, (ii) distress tolerance, (iii) emotional regulation), and (iv) interpersonal skills.
